This system is a high-performance, fully automatic solid-liquid separation solution specifically optimized for the precise filtration of oil-based materials such as rapeseed oil and similar substances. The core of the system is the XAZ30/700-30 type automatic plate-frame filter press, which is integrated with intelligent PLC control, dual dark liquid discharge process, and a complete set of supporting equipment chain. It provides customers with a continuous, stable, efficient, and highly automated production experience, meeting the strict working conditions of 8-hour continuous operation per day, a processing capacity of 20 m³/h, and a filtration accuracy of 600 mesh.

Dual counter-current design: The filter plate adopts two separate liquid channels at the top and bottom, ensuring a smooth drainage path, effectively reducing filtration resistance, significantly improving filtration efficiency, and maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment appearance and working environment.
Fully automatic plate pulling: Integrated automatic plate-pulling mechanism, enabling automatic discharge of the filter cake, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Temperature-resistant structure: The core components such as the filter plate are designed to withstand temperatures up to 80℃, and can adapt to material temperatures ranging from 10℃ to 80℃.

PLC central control cabinet: Equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface, it centrally controls the entire process including automatic feeding, automatic plate pulling, variable frequency screw pump, gear pump, and liquid level interlock.
Precise pressure control: Built-in pressure sensor, continuously monitoring the filtration pressure, achieving process protection and optimized control.
One-click operation: Simplifies the operation process, reduces the technical dependence on operators, and minimizes human errors.
3. Complete and comprehensive process:
Feed system: Utilizes variable-frequency screw pumps (304 stainless steel), with a flow rate of 20 m³/h and a pressure of 1.2 MPa. The variable frequency control enables smooth start-up and shutdown along with precise matching of flow rate. A manual return valve is installed at the outlet for easy pressure adjustment.
Filter liquid treatment system: After the filter liquid is discharged through the double counter-current process of the filter press, it enters the mirror surface polishing storage tank (200L, 304 stainless steel) with a liquid level gauge. Then, it is pumped into the bag filter by a gear pump (304 stainless steel) for final fine filtration.
High-quality accessories: Equipped with dedicated filter cloth for box-type double counter-flow, ensuring filtration efficiency and sealing performance.
