Working principle of Rotary Vibrating Screen                                                                           

The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibrating motor as the excitation source. The eccentric heavy hammer is installed on both upper and lower ends of the vibrating motor, which convert the rotating motion of the vibrating motor into the horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transfer this motion to the screen surface. The movement trajectory on screen surface can be changed by adjusting the phase angel of the upper and lower ends.
