Introduction of Magnetic Filter                                                                   
The fluid pipeline Magentic Filter is also known as Pipeline Liquid Iron Remover. It is widely used in fluid, semi fluid, and other fluid materials with different viscosities to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the material clean, and protect the downstream production equipment.

There are several kinds of Magnetic Filter for your choice:

It is composed of a number of the strong magnetic rod,which has been designed according to the special magnetic circuit.It is installed in the pipe and can efficiently filter the magnetic metal impurities during the liquid delivery.The metal particles with diameter at 0.5--100um can be absorbed on the magnetic bar.

4. Easy instatllation, taken out and cleaning to the magnetic components by the design of flanges, clamps, bolt plates, or quick release clips.

5. Pipe materials can be 304 or 316L stainless steel.

6. Reasonable structural design ensures the best iron removal effect while not affecting the materials' flow .

How to clean the ferrous impurities                                                                    
Liquid magnetic filter can directly connect with the liquid material pipeline.When ferrous impurity need to clean, open the outlet impurity ,draw the magnetic tubes and get rid of it. Then replace the magnetic tubes and close the outlet impurity.
