This skid-mounted bag-type filtration unit is a highly integrated and mobile precision filtration solution specifically designed to meet the requirements of different precision levels in continuous or batch filtration processes. The core of the unit consists of three parallel 316L stainless steel bag-type filters, each equipped with PP material filter bags of 1µm, 5µm, and 10µm respectively. It can achieve multi-stage filtration or backup filtration to ensure the flexibility and reliability of the process. The entire system is integrated onto a sturdy 304 stainless steel mobile cart, with complete internal connection pipes and valves, achieving modularization and skid-mounted design. After arriving at the site, it only needs to simply connect to the user's pipeline to be quickly put into use, significantly saving installation space and time.

1.Three-level parallel precision filtration: Integrates three independent filters. Standardly equipped with three types of filter bags with filtration accuracies of 1µm, 5µm, and 10µm. It can be flexibly configured for series connection, parallel connection, or one used and two backups, etc., to meet the entire process requirements from coarse filtration to fine filtration. 
2. High-quality corrosion-resistant material: The main body of the filter and key valves are made of SS316L stainless steel and undergo sandblasting surface treatment, which is both aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant; the sealing elements use polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has wide compatibility and ensures the sealing performance and long-term stability of the system under harsh conditions. 
3. Modular skid-mounted design: All filters, valves and connecting pipelines are pre-integrated and tested on a sturdy SS304 stainless steel mobile pusher vehicle. The structure is compact and the movement is convenient, achieving "ready to use upon arrival", significantly reducing the complexity and cost of on-site installation. 
4. Reliable process connection: The filter adopts a DN50 (2-inch) national standard flange interface for easy connection; the internal pipelines of the unit are equipped with 4 SS316L manual flange ball valves, which are used to flexibly control the flow and start/stop of each filtration unit. The operation is intuitive and simple. 
5. Stable safety design: The filter is designed with a pressure rating of 1.0 Mpa, and the working pressure is ≤ 0.6 Mpa, leaving sufficient safety margin. The cart with wheels is designed for easy positioning and provides stable support for the entire equipment.
