1.The water flows through the screen.Then the particles will be retained on the inside of the screen of the filter cartridge. The filtered 

clean water flows out through the outlet.

2.When the particles are accumulated to a certain quantity and the pressure differential increases to the preset level, the flushing cycle starts.
