The stainless steel plate frame  is one kind of precision liquid filter with overall mirror polishing. It uses the filter cloth and membrane for filtration. The sealing strip and stainless steel pump will be installed onto the filter press before shipment. It is especially suitable for solid-liquid separation and liquid filtration in laboratories, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical chemicals, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, food, cosmetics and other industries.

1. Such filter press is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and durable.

2. The filter plate adopts a threaded structure. The filter cloth/filter membrane/filter board can be replaced according to different liquid to be filtered and production process requirements (primary filtration, semi-fine filtration or fine filtration). Users can also reduce or increase the quantity of filter plates according to the flow to make it suitable for production needs.

3. All sealing parts are made of silicone rubber sealing ring, which is high temperature resistant, non-toxic, leak-free and has good sealing performance.
 

4. According to the needs of users, we can also make a special multistage filter device. In the first stage, we can put thicker filter paperand in the second stage we can put finer filter paper, which will not only save time and but also will improve the filtration accuracy. In addition, there is also the backflow device. After the pump stops feeding liquid, open the backflow valve, then all sediment will be automatically discharged by backflow. At the same time, just use clean water to backwash from the return pipe. The washing is just so easy.

 

5. The pump (explosion-proof motor can be used) and the feeding inlet/ discharge outlet are connected by tri-clamp, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
